A man threatens to bring weapons to a campus and you want him released. Are you people high? It doesn't matter if he was serious about his threat or not. He induced panic and caused people emotional distress. If you say stupid things like this, this is what happens.

Hopefully legal system is capable of discerning between a figure of speech and a real threat. Hopefully there will be a jury of peers that will be more reasonable than the book.
