I have been sitting here reading through all your notes about how much Pastor Mark means to the students and it really just blows me away how much impact one person can have on a whole community. I am trying to get a meeting set up with the church leadership because they really need to see these stories but it is taking way more phone calls than I ever expected to get anyone to actually pick up the receiver.

HE NEEDS TO STAY. Pastor Mark has been there for my family for years. So unfair to the deaf kids in Austin.
Ridiculous. Why fix something that isnt broken? Let the man work he has done more for these kids than anyone else.
Keep him in his position. He is a good man and he cares about the ministry more than anyone knows.
The church is making a huge mistake here. He connects with the TSD students in a way no one else can.
Pastor Mark is the heart of this community. The students rely on him so much and he truly understands them. Leave him be.

Stop messing with his ministry. He is doing Gods work leave him alone!
