In the few weeks Abby Olyphant has had with my son I've seen remarkable progress in his ability to read and write.
She is fun and gives the kids incentive to want to do well. I am greatly disappointed in the decision to remove her from our school.
This hurts the kids and in some cases may be quite a set back.
I would ask that the district reconsider this choice.
Respectfully,
Cristen Benetti

They need to make an acception to this rule or change it completely,
Our kids needs better student/teacher ratios. I strongly agree to keep Miss O for the exisiting class she has.

I have worked for the school district and I will tell you there are no words to tell you how frighten it is for a young student to be ripped from their school and the teacher they have become to love. Yes I said love. 2. Why would you want to move a teacher who is doing such a great job and won so many friends and students. Please reconsider your action on the . It not only affects the students but the teacher . This is just so wrong.

Smaller class sizes = better for teachers, better for students, better for parents.

This is absurd that these decisions are being made DURING the school year... isn’t the district supposed to be concerned about the best learning environment and what is best for the children? Clearly, removing teachers and rearranging classrooms six weeks in is NOT in the best interest of the students.

This inconsistency is not good for our children and not fair for the teachers that put their lives into this work and into these kids only to be taken away.

My grandchildren went to Jesse Beck and I don't believe they should be moving teachers when these children are just getting settled in to the new year.
