We called him years back about a neighbor's pup that was chained out side in the freezing rain and cold.....he came out and observed the situation and informed us that the dog had water and shelter.......the shelter was an upside down broken lawn chair and the water was a nasty bowl filled with freezing rain water......he said dog was fine and nothing he could do......unbelievable! He should have been fired years ago!

The unjustified beating and killings of animals is not what the job he is tasked to do. He has had a position far too many years and been a joke at that position for most of it.

He needsti. BE fired no exscuse in hurting a animal.... Or going on sone ones property or in there house with out them being home and taking there animal.he needs to be fired and get jail time.

This individual thinks he has the right to make decisions regarding animals when his job is to 'serve and protect'. As long as the Kosciusko County Commissioners keep saving his ass he will continue his reign of terror. Time for him to go NOW.

the landlord needs sued for starters and this cop needs off the force breaking the laws he swore and oath to uphold. i get it he is a sovereign citizen and does answer to the law.

The landlord whether she owned the place or not should not have gone into the place without the leasey' s permission at any point. The dog was most likely protecting it's territory which comes natural for them. Both of these people should be held accountable for their actions.

This goes back to 2010 as nd beyond. IF the commissioners and McSherry do NOTHING about this man, they are as guilty as he is, and that is a BLACK EYE on our county. It had gone on long enough. This poor woman deserves closure, and I think Kosciusko County needs to buy her a new dog of her choice as well as get rid of Class.
