He should be prosecuted! This is wrong. He needs to follow a protocol and I hope there is one that states finding all the facts out before making decisions and he most certainly shouldn’t be allowed to kill or harm or make any kind of decisions. He needs fired and prosecuted!

I personally had an unpleasant interaction with Clase. I agree that we need someone in the Animal Control Officer position who cares about animals and carries out the law with honesty and integrity.

He needs to be charged and fired! Nobody has the right to make that decision, her fur baby should have been taken to the shelter and then she should have been contacted. Where was her due process? He was judge, jury and executioner. Trying to figure out what was best for her fur baby is not neglecting.
