The abuse needs to stop NOW. Let the people of Kosciusko County know that they have a voice and it needs to be heard. Animal cruelty should not be allowed as it has been through the years.

He shot and killed my sister's dog last December. He did not follow the proper protocol. Animal control does not have the authority to kill dogs.

My Saint Bernard was picked up by him about 10 years ago. When we called the shelter, they acted real strange and said the owner already claimed her. I told them I was the owner and wanted to know who claimed her. They said they did not get their info. I'm pretty sure now, that he shot my dog.
