Statements made from pet owners and witnesses regarding this ACO should be taken seriously. I am sure there is evidence in the form of injury and death sustained by this individual. He is clearly in a position of power with no accountability. If he is using his position to abuse and kill, he is truly a dangerous person. Often, those who abuse animals are priming for sadistic treatment towards humans as well. He should lose his job as aco, at least, be monitored going forward, and charges filed for animal abuse. Do the right thing!

There is no reason for anyone to be cruel to animals or to kill the animals because they are sick.... Maybe the animal needs to be seen by a veterinarian.... Sometimes all it takes is a little help to get the animal to the veterinarian... So let's get rid of this ACO officer before he can kill someone else's pet and family member

He deserves to lose his job. I believe he did when more damage to my dog when she was hit. He let her roll down the board that was being used for a sopport. I hope the prosecute him for shooting that poor defenseless dog
