Disc golfer since 2003. I’ve played many around at the Medina course coming from my home in Euclid. Leroy was monumental in promoting both the course itself and disc golf in general through NEO.

I routinely travel from Oberlin to Medina to play these disc golf courses and then enjoy the unique restaurants and businesses in the area. Naming these courses after Leroy would not only honor Leroy’s accomplishments in disc golf but also draw more attention to his and Medina’s pioneering role in this quickly growing sport.
