Due to the potential negative economic effect of rezoning, I adamantly oppose this proposition. We have already been straddled with the impact the declining housing market crisis, of which we have not overcome. I fear that introducing lower income housing will only exacerbate the negative equity many in this community have already acquired from external factors.

improve roads, add schools, prepare before doing something so unwise

The schools cannot handle any more students and the roads are not built to handle the traffic we have now.

The schools are overflowing as it is. The elementary school is already overflowing into portables. My granddaughter actually has a class in a converted storage closet at the elementary. The schools cannot handle the added children that these apartments could bring.
