Please, please do no zone this property for apartments. I do not want an apartment complex in my front door. The area cannot handle the influx of vehicular traffic and children in our schools. My property value will likely suffer. There is no assurance as far as I can tell that these would not be section 8 apartments. I do not want this in my area. Please.
