The parties proposing this project have no regard for the property owners in the immediate vicinity or the community, generally speaking. A complex consisting of 160+ two and three bedroom apartment, as well as 300+ vehicles will inundate the community.(public service, traffic etc)

our schools are already overwhelmed with students and having to use portable classrooms. We do not have the capacity to hold as many children as this would bring in.

No Apartments. Building apartments at this location causes an already existing problem of traffic, the possibility of criminal activity,additional overcrowding of schools. This property could be zoned and used for a better purpose like to add on to the existing schools athletic facility or to support the community's existing need for a sports facility.

We do not want apartments in our community. The traffic in that area near the school is already heavy. Plus it will add to overcrowding of schools.
