Coach Jeff Christ applied to be the head coach of the 14U Blue team for the 2021-2022 season. The 12U Green coach has also applied for the same position, and is a non parent coach. KV is struggling to make a decision between the two coaches. Coach Jeff has proven over the year that he has the ability to build a team, coach fundamentals and embrace creative play. Over the past year, Jeff has shown over and over again his ability to develop each player on the team, and work to each players strengths and weaknesses. The girls on the team respond well to him and enjoy having him as their coach. Jeff also keeps the parents in the loop and has communicated with us throughout the current season. He has a proven track record of success and he is who we all should support to be the 14U Blue team for the 2021-2022 season. If Jeff isn't selected as the 14U Blue Head coach and leaves Kensington Valley, my family will personally follow him wherever he goes, and I believe there will be others. Please sign the petition and help us to get KV to select Jeff Christ as the 14U Blue coach!

My daughter loves playing for coach Jeff. He works well with the girls and they all have progressed this season. He has taken on the lead role at practices and with communicating with the parents. Many of his current team will most likely be playing on the Blue team next year, it makes sense that he continue in this position.
Coach Jeff has done a great job this season and is clearly very invested!

I agree that Jeff has done a great job with the players on the current 14U team. Jeff has really stepped up as the "head coach", I let him know early on that I didn't have much free time to make practice plans to help develop the girls. Jeff put plans together for all practices and is a really good teacher of the Game of Hockey. He knows how to instruct the players and really connects with them. They respond well to him and I support him for the 14U Blue coach for next season.
