JBU Students Call for Recommended Mask Not Mandate Mask

If we get the mandate removed then not only would we be able to exercise the freedom of choice granted to us by the constitution, but it would also allow students with medical conditions worsened by masks to not have to jump through an insane amount of hoops in order to ‘maybe’ get an exemption

The policy needs to be updated to reflect a student body that are made up of intelligent adults that are capable of determining whether a mask is appropriate in a specific situation.

I would just prefer everyone to have the option to choose what they want to do in terms of wearing a mask or not. I’m ok with both, but I believe in the freedom to choose.

Thank you for not following the nonsense and requiring the experimental shot, but please don't punish the students with the anti-scientific political absurdity of wearing useless face masks.

This mandate is such bs UofA biggest school in Arkansas hasn’t even issued this, dumb move on JBU’s part. Disappointed in this schools decision making abilities in the last 12 months

Please allow students the freedom to choose whether they wear a mask or not!

Remove masks. They do not help and we are wasting our time with them.

Thanks you for not mandating the unproven shot!! There is so much conflicting evidence about the effectiveness of the mask. Please don't mandate the wearing of a facial covering. It separates society.
