The feedback I have received from survivors confirms that this policy places an undue burden on those who have already endured enough. I am currently organizing the documentation required to present these concerns to the appropriate oversight committee.

If you cant do the time dont do the crime. Stop letting them off the hook because they want a better job. Nobody forced them to assault anyone.
Makes me sick to my stomach that this is even allowed. Fix this immediately.
This is honestly sickening. Why are we protecting the criminals instead of the victims? Keep the felony on their record so they cant hurt anyone else.
My heart goes out to every person who has to deal with this system. Its broken and it needs to change right now.
Total BS. They committed the crime they should do the time and keep the record. Simple as that.
