We the people want the law in the State of Indiana changed requiring sexual offenders to register on a list. We want the law to say all sexual offenders must resister including those convicted in the last 100 years. Not under any circumstances can anybody be except from registering. All past offenders of sexual crimes of any age including crimes of rape and murder must be listed. All persons convicted of any sexual crimes from the past must comply and register or be charged with a class c felony. No person of suspected sexual crimes can be used as confidential informants or work for the Police to avoid Prosecution.
