There are plenty of apartments here already. The traffic during rush hour times is bad enough!

Build small businesses not apartment buildings which will cause too much traffic and more importantly strain our school systems.

We want a moratorium on ALL new proposals for apartment builds. We also want an impact fee study done and want developers to pay their fair share.

STOP THIS. traffic is already a mess. I am being surrounded by homes, apartments and more traffic. I live off Maybank on a dead end street. Can NOT get on Maybank from my home as it is now.

No more building. Our roads cannot handle the traffic of what we have now.

Traffic is bad enough and the green space is disappearing rapidly. If I wanted to live in a concrete jungle I would have moved to NY.

The Apartment buildings are out of control. Traffic is only getting worse.

Please stop enabling developers to turn our island into a stalled parking lot. The commutes to and from work are exhausting and add to the stress of the day. The fabric of our island is becoming just a fond memory.

What's the point of building if you can't come and go.. this was a known issue prior to the 1300 Apts granted permits. Fix Inferstructure first then buildings, this is beyond ridiculous
