Please stop the development. I have lived here while life, and this incessant development makes me want to just move away.

I can't believe the James Island elected officials continue approving multi-family and single family housing without infrastructure improvement. That's called dereliction of duty.

I grew up on James Island. I'm so tired of sitting in traffic for 15 minutes, and only move 1 or 2 car lengths! You should develop & repair roads, before adding more apartments. Take those apartments to Awendaw & McClellanville... Start building up those areas

No new apartment buildings until traffic is managed better!

Enough! The infrastructure, especially roads, can no longer support unrestrained growth on the island.

James island can not handle another high density housing complex. It isn't just about the structure. This will lead to our schools being overcrowded. Not to mention our infrastructure isn't any where close to where it needs to be to handle that influx. PLEASE, stop.

Why not let everyone enjoy our island's charms as do we? Because we are lucky to have bought in early, and the only ones standing in the way of the environmental disaster that over-development creates! We want to be welcoming and supportive to visitors, and good stewards of the land we have the privilege to occupy. You stand for planning, preservation, and sustainability? Show us!

We need a slow down on these apartments. The infrastructure can't handle the rate of expansion going on here. Schools, roads, etc need improving first.

We really need to think about more traffic and the need to not take anymore places for the animals that call the woods home

Please put a cap on the apartment expansion.

We don't have the roads to accommodate all the traffic produced by over building.

The "quality of life" needs to be maintained on this beautiful island we call home!

Have experienced the effect uncontrolled multi-family projects have on schools, roads, and general feel of home in the East Cooper area. Don't want that here.
