Stop this nonsense. Our roads are in jeapordy as it is now. We can not keep enduring this growth!!!! If it doesn't stop our city will be in gridlock in a few years. You as a designated official should hear us out!!!!!!

Please stop building, to do so developers cut down our wooded areas leaving the island without habitats for the local wildlife. Stop congesting our roads so larger trucks stop using this as a cut through. We love our resident ducks, turtles, lizards, birds & foliage, & all the other living creatures that are home to James Island. Come pick up the litter & slow down the crime that comes with the construction. Stop the overuse of utilities not yet ready for all the new units

No more houses on James Island. The traffic is terrible to begin with due to all the new housing.

The traffic on James Island is horrendous. All due to the influx of more people. More people equals more cars. This must stop now!

Our island is you g to be another mt.p if it doesn't stop. I've been here for more than 6 decades and I'm seriously consider leaving. The traffic is already out of control. Money hungry investors GO AWAY.

The people who have always lived here deserve to have our area preserved. It is beautiful here, but soon we will be buildings and concrete.

This island logistically will only be able to handle only so much. Please take time to learn about the infrastructure of this island, folly, and downtown before trying to build more. We can't handle it.

Although, I don't live on James Island, I do frequent Folly Beach, my veterinarian is on James Island, several friends live on James Island, and our family practitioner is on James Island. It is bad enough as it is to travel to and from there, but with more housing and no proper infrastructure to support the growth, the travel to and from will be worse than it already is.
