Milton resident Corey McKenzie Gill, 17, was eastbound on Hickory Hammock Rd. and wearing dark clothes, according to a media release from the Florida Highway Patrol. Gill was pronounced dead at the scene after a person driving a 1996 Jeep Cherokee hit Gill then fled. The Cherokee was abandoned in the eastbound emergency lane of State Road 8 at mile marker 27.

How do you just hit a kid and drive away?? That is pure evil. Praying for the family and hope this person stays behind bars for a long long time.
