seems crazy to not have a fully qualified experienced driver taking young people on trips like this, I would class this as a motor sport in which case fully licensed personnel only!!!

I was on Fraser a few weeks after Jade's tragic accident and saw many of these 4x4 tours. Many of the roads are very difficult to park and you need to know what you're doing, especially when you have other people in your vehicle. Let's hope something good can come from this tragic accident. RIP Jade x

I am a 4wd enthusiast, I'm 27 and I think this is a brilliant idea, I've done many remote off-road trips, some of the behaviour and negligence of some people is a disgrace. Whilst it would be hard to police, it should be mandatory for any business or hire companies.

There really should be better legislation on the safety of the tours and also they should be inspected from time to time to see that they are adhering to the safety regulations

i didn't know Jade but such a sad preventable story. My heart truly goes out to her parents and family. I hope this petition brings u comfort and works for all the youngsters out there xx
