To whom this concern,
This road needs to be a 4 lane or wider, how many more loved ones have to die on this highway,before something is done. I pray that they will be a change. To those that have lost a love one on this highway my prayers and condolences are with you..

Lost my cousin on this highway. Turns out there have been many deaths on the highway. Please make this highway safer for all. It wont bring him back but hopefully it will save others lives.

My family lives in Chaves County. But many of our family & friends drive this highway every day for work. Every time we hear there's an accident, we desperately try getting in touch with each other.

Michael Ponce was my Cuzin a good man he was and justic should be served, and other lives saved. My husband travels this same road and many times has been ran off the road. But thanks to my Lord he has made it home. Change is a must thank you .

The first thing that comes to mind thinking about Mike is laughing my ass off and just smiling. Never a daul moment with him or his brother john. Mike was always so much fun to be around. I had the pleasure and doing foot and amateur wrestling with him for years at RHS. So sad to hear about his passing. Such an awesome guy. RIP Mike

This needs to start at the Roswell NMDOT office on West 2nd and Roswell Relief Route.

I travel this hwy 285 every other day ! She oilfield accidents all the time never did I think one of my family members would be a victim in one RIP Cousin Michael
