There's already a massive traffic problem at this location due to having 4 schools within a VERY small area.

There is already too much traffic on Independence and Broadridge. An apartment building will add to an already congested area. I have contacted MODOT in the past trying to help add walkways and school crossings and was denied. We don’t not need any more traffic in that area.
