Painting the “walk” is a tradition that goes beyond spray paint. These seniors get a chance to make a mark on this town as a last goodbye. Some may stay or come back to make other marks but for many this is their last chance of saying I was here! Don’t take that away from them!

This is a long tradition that the seniors do every year during homecoming week! If we did it they can do it!!

As an alumni of this school, I can’t say enough how sad it would be to take this away. We looked forward to that day for years. Probably a better bonding experience as a class than anything you can replace it with. And it absolutely does zero harm, and doesn’t cost the school a penny.

this was such a fun tradition. I truly did look forward to it, as I know generations have. However, I get that right in front of the high school might not. Be the best location. I like the idea of an alternative location. What about in the parking lot right in front of the stadium?

I love this tradition. My parents did it, i did it and I’d love to see that tradition be carried on to my children.

Sad to see all the things that make this homecoming week special disappear. No burning the Q, no fireworks. What’s next no Green and Gold

A tridition I remember since i was little. I don't see any harm in it. The paint fades within a few months anyway. I like to drive by and see the art left behind after spirit week.

Keep the tradition going. It’s well known tradition and been something seniors have looked forward to. New location, but still same QUINCY. Let them show their spirit.
