Someone’s personal opinion of whether or not the new school would look “trashy” should not stand in the way of a tradition meant for QHS students. Your main priority should be giving them more to look forward to at the end of their HS careers, not taking more away.

They proposed it but the students voted it down. I think being able to see it is a huge part of the appeal.

It has been sad to see so many traditions die over the past few years. I agree, it's important to hang onto one.

The principal a couple years ago took away a lot of traditions and events that made school fun and exciting because it was a “waste of time”. It made our senior year not as exciting as it should’ve been which ruined a lot of our moods and so from that perspective and experience the students deserve to spray paint.

Keep the tradition.. if the problem is signing around the new HS, why not keep doing it where we used to? Same road, same tradition...

Let's keep this tradition alive! I am a sibling of 7 who all graduated from QH and all were able to spray paint on that road! It doesn't bother anyone and it's good clean fun for the kids!

Please let the students continue the tradition of signing their names on the street. Lots of students look forward to this tradition. Please dint take it away.
