Most of the first readers are going to be the original fans of the novel or people who already read webnovels with honorifics, so changing the names to "appeal to a western audience" is pointless in the first place.

The intentions behind localization are probably nice but ultimately meaningless. The family name coming before the given name and the use of honorifics are all essential for contextualizing the novel and deepening the reader's understanding of various moment and character dynamics. Please do not change it, it isn't a terribly complicated thing to do.

Please for the love of Star Stream, keep the original while educating BOTH westerners and eastern fans.

Westernizing ORV could disrupt the flow of the reading for the readers who had already read the novel. Plus I don't think it would be take much effort to learn about South Korea's naming system and their honorifics?..
