Do not let ITV have their way by axing this brilliant storyline why l bet if is was football in the firing line !!!! but then that won't happen HOME FIRES needs to stay on so the until the end and that's not a plane crashing into a house and a baby crying !!!!!!

Bbc 1, 2, are wiping the floor with itv, in drama series, so why, why are cancelling one of thier most popular drama's. Doubt I will bother to watch another if this is how itv is goong to treat the viewing public.

They can't leave us like this!! We have to see Mrs Simms happy and how all the other wonderful characters get through the war. It's a no brainer. Male producers decision I expect!!!!!!! BRING HOME NOW!

How can ITV end a series with a cliffhanger and no conclusion. Ditch the rubbish reality TV with z list celebrities trying to relaunch their failed careers.

Is it because there isnt any nudity and violence? A well-written drama with believable characters. How can it be pushed aside for other dramas that are so much alike? Its an insult to viewers.

Good Sunday night viewing..Have watched every programme since start of series and ITV. have just left us hanging...If this is what they do to viewers I shall not be watching a ITV series again.

Home Fires has been Good Sunday night entertainment which I have followed and has clearly been intended for a follow up of which I was really looking forward to... Good wholesome entertainment ...No bad language etc...
Please don't scrap this wonderful programme!
