How disgusting to leave all the loose ends unanswered, they could have had the next series to tie everything up. Or a one off X mas special like they did with Downton. Certainly won't get into itv dramas any more

This is a hugely popular series, and not to be having a third series, having left it on such a cliffhanger is outrageous!! Bring it back now!

It is not very often I find a programme I look forward to. We missed the first series, so my partner and I watched it on catch up. We were hooked. The actors, the story lines and the music were captavating. Series 2 didnt disappoint, just left us wanting more. Bring back Homefires, so you can allow us a snippet of what it was like during world war 2. Don't deprive us from a proper British programme.
