We in the USA love this show. We know how women in the states handled the war, loved seeing what went on abroad. Please keep it one........

Please reconsider as this is one of the best dramas on tv. You can't leave it to end with us not knowing who died and who survived when the plane crashed in the village. There are many loose ends to tie up. One more series please.

very disappointed to hear itv have axed home fires its a great series very entertaining and a great cast please reconsider. tv should be for everyone. I'm sure many mature people enjoy this superb series tv should be for all ages

what disregard for viewers who pay license fees,ifi had known before hand that it would end as it has i would not have given my time to watching home fires,to be left wondering, shame on ITV.

Hi I love the series, exceptional actors true to life story lines telling not just the horror of the soldiers who fought and died but what I liked is not many stories are told about the disability and physical and mental illnesses caused by the war and how they have to adjust . I can't believe the ITV have axed it. Yet still run pathetic programmes like x factor.shame on you hello BBC in future.

Why is it when there is such utter rubbish on tv that when there is something good, really good that it gets axed? Home Fires is one of the best dramas - please bring it back!
