We need this as we are literally living next t the ocean where we are chilling t the beach. Our children deserves to know how to swim, or safety it's unbelievable that we have sign a petition for this necessity to begin with

I started this project some 3o years ago. Plans have been approved but unfortunately the money for that project has been allocated to another project and since then no further effort was made to get this project off the ground.
I am still of the oppinion that watersafety is a lifeskill every single person needs
