It's about time that we must seriously look into banning pmd in Singapore. My wife last year was knock down from behind on her back by a student with his girlfriend standing in front of him. On impact, she fell forward fortuntely not head first, body tilted to the left and on to the grass. Suffered Injuries, cuts bruises on both her knees and left shoulder. It toke 10 days bodyaches and pain before she recovered. They called a taxis and toke her to WhiteSand Raffles Clinic and paid for the medical expenses. I'm so glad that her injuries were not life threatening.

Too fast they zip past and I have a 3 yr old I have to pull her quickly away. I worry constantly about my elderly father who moves slowly as he can't see very well. He's also slow to react. This morning at Chinese gardens bus stop 2 of them zipped past yelling loudly for people to get out of the way.

Ban the pmd and make it safer to walk with our kids. With no worries. Bicycles are always better.

PMDs brings so many troubles and accident to pedestrians. Sadly some are tragic cases. Can we put a stop to it & goes back to the past where we can have a safe environment ?
