How many lives does it have to sacrifice in order to ban PMDs. PMDs should only be allowed for elderly or handicapped, not those able bodied person who put the life of others at risk.

They should really start revising the law of PMDs, nearly collide with PMDs in few separate occasions. >:(

E scooter is extremely dangerous. There will still be plenty of people scooting recklessly despite the change of speed limit.

There are far too many accidents & injuries with PMD...pls ban with immediate effect as youngsters & seniors may not react fast enough to avoid possible collisions especially on pavements.

My kids are on constant dangers when they go to school even though its only one traffic junction across. This is because there are constant E scooters that are riding around the areas everyday. Most of these riders are oblivious to the surroundings and very often are seen to be riding recklessly. My area has a lot of young children going to school every morning and we are risking our kids life everyday (even on a walking pavement which is supposed to be safe). I hope the government will do something concrete to keep our kids and old folks safe.

Yes. Plse LTA. Stop taking politically correct positions & issuing empty assurances. Dare to take strong measures ie. Ban PMD except for the elderly & handicapped. Able-bodied people should walk or cycle. Its good for health. As pedestrians, we are now fearful for our life & limbs on walkways!
