What’s the point of having the longest shelter walkway where you cant even walk in peace and safety. I have never signed any petition before but for danger of e-scooter, without any hesitation.

I currently stay in 2 Sims Drive and Residents saying in the vicinity of Aljunied Mrt have to risk limbs and injury to get to Mrt or back to home because they share path with: 1. Cyclist 2. E-scooter 3. other pedestrian But the path should be meant only for pedestrian and its narrow so when you have all this other travellers; there's bound to be accidents or near misses. Will the authorities please do something about this before more mishap happens. And the speed of e-scooters going at 70kmph means that the injuries would be severe or worst may cause fatality.

It should have been banned since the start. It is not logical to allow such on the roads let alone on pedestrian path! The bicycle problems have not been resolved effectively and yet these are allowed?

Potentially life threatening accidents with some known cases of fatality and major accidents caused by them. No real benefits to anyone in mobility need

Speed limit of 25km/h. But most can go up to 70km/h. Who is going to ban the sale? Who is really monitoring this? Is it must wait till someone got killed then LTA will do something to it.

Please ban this and also i don't think we should even allow bicycles to be on the road as well. Can't we go back to the life without escooter? Its really scary.

It has to be banned. Convenience should not be at the inconvenience of many precious lives.

I am surprised that escooters are allowed on footpaths considering that they are motorised vehicles and harder to control than bicycles.
