I am a Professional Pilot with a major airline for over 30 yrs. I understand the need to maintain training facilities, critical to readiness of our military to defend our nation. Keep OLF open! I am also a property owner with land near OLF, it would be worth more if OLF closed, however the field was there first and I chose military readiness over financial gain.

NASA Whidbey has unequaled training assets to train Electronic Attack carrier and Maritime Patrol aiircrews. It would be impossible to duplicate this ability. Cdr. USN Ret., 20 year Attack pilot.
