I support NAS Whidbey 100%. I am a widow of a 20 Navy veteran. I personally love the sounds of the planes and pray for the pilots.

Please keep NAS Whidbey Island open. It's important for security on west coast and economically provides lots of jobs.

Husband was stationed at NAS Whidbey in the mid '70's. Loved every minute of living in the area and the squadron became a very close family. The government has cut our military bases down to the bare minimum. Please don't cut Whidbey too.

It means our lively hood. If something happens to our base, so many would be employed, The entire city would suffer.

Feel blessed that men & women have a great place to train to protect our freedoms. In fact love the sounds of the planes as they practice. Five year old grandson calls them "fly buddies".
