5 days is not enough for any heartbroken dog owner to find there missing /stolen pet but 5 days also is not enough to find homes either !!!!

Dogs, cats or any anumal in pounds should not be put to sleep full stop!! All pounds should be obliged to help animals and rehome them not kill them. There should be better laws to protect animals and pounds should be a safe haven for the lost and mistreated not a death camp!

Pounds need to have pages to advertise their dogs so people can see what dogs are there. No dog should be pts. They all need the chance to get out alive.

We need to let people know that these dogs are in the pounds and not kill them after 5 days. It's not enough tine

Dogs need a much more adequate amount of time than 5 days should they wind up in a pound. It's not enough time for their owners to search for them at which point it would be too late. Far too many are pts unnecessarily. They just need a chance

Some of these dogs are people's pets. 5 days is a ridiculously short time for people to locate their pets especially if they were stolen and then dumped.

I,ve got a dog from the pound in Ireland got him brought over at Christmas it is a shame that this happens people cause this by not neutering their dogs it should be made compulsory if not a registered breeder

Please god give the dogs a chance to find a home. 5 days is horrendous!!!! This should be illegal to put them down full stop. They deserve to live.
