I'm a firm supporter of affordable housing in our town, however this project and location needs to be reevaluated for many reasons: water usage, physical location, size & scope, and influence on town resources.

Not for Ipswich..anywhere in Ipswich. We are a small town, not a city. Save our water, sewer, schools, and small town lifestyle.

I feel that having all 10% of 40 B housing on our end of town is absolutely absurd. If this were to go through we would have three separate 40 B sites within a 1/2 mile of one another. This large building plan in our quaint, quiet town just DOES NOT fit. Please review the plans carefully and put yourselves in our shoes. Would this make sense for your neighborhood?

It is very clear to me how difficult if not impossible for the town of Ipswich to sustain a project of this size regarding the supply of water. Considering our drought history.

194 and the height of these apartment buildings put a strain on our town's resources and its unique character as well as more traffic in our neighborhood. How do we get around these 40B projects that use that law to over build? Do we have affordable housing in our town that is not being counted? Apts. in residential homes? how about the Whittier Motel which is NOT a motel?

The size alone makes this development inappropriate, but when the impact on town services and the surrounding wetlands is added to the equation, the development becomes untenable .

This construction is much too big for the area and is not consistent with the character of the town. It will also place a burden on the town's schools and other facilities.

My ancestors settled Ipswixh. They would be appalled at what it has become. Our small town should remain just that.

Too big of a development for the space it is in. A shame to threaten the wetlands and open space when the town JUST spent a lot of money to have land at Pony Express not be developed. Another large drain on our town's resources, too!

This project is too big and completely out of character for our town.

What effect will this development have on our school system, taxes, environment, water shortage, police, etc.? A lot to consider.

I believe Ipswich is growing too fast and can not accommodate a large development with the current school and water situation.

This is too large and too dense for Ipswich. We do not have enough water as it is. It will hurt the surrounding environment.
