I support Dorothy Kim and think it is unprofessional of and below academic standards for Fulton Brown to mock and help make Kim and Jordan targets of the alt. right.

Professor Jordan was my best professor at Princeton and his class on English Constitutional History led me to become a constitutional lawyer.

Fulton's treatment of Kim is unethical and unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for someone of her rank and public exposure. It's shameful that a fellow medievalist can make such hateful and degrading comments about another scholar.

No medievalist should be silent. Our field needs to seriously question the roles our field is now playing in contemporary narratives, and Dr. Kim's experiences suggest how far we have to go.
