My Iphone 6plus has a TouchScreen diseas. I changed screen at official store, it worked OK for 1 nighta...tomorow it did not responded...

Touch disease is affecting my iPhone that has never been dropped or mishandled. It's ridiculous to charge people to fix your own design flaw.

IPhone 6 Plus has been rendered useless by touch IC. Spoke to apple support and the refused to acknowledge it. No way I'm forking out over 200GBP for a design defect. Person even started started to cite lines from the warranty terms. Utter BS. Even local repair shops in Nairobi have been kept in the dark about this. First time I've experienced Apple being unhelpful with something.

I want a refund I didn't spend $600 for a phone to have a white bar at the top and not work. I'd rather have a brick

We bought 2 6 plus models but we also are at risk of not having a device to update and use our Apple Watches also. So the burn is in the $2100-2200 range plus taxes.
