My IPhone 6touch screen is not responsive. This has became a complete nuisance, frustrating - can't make emergency calls - can't receive calls. with little tap on the phone bottom, at time s it will work.

Less than 2 months out of warranty and my phone gets touch disease. Apple knows about it but won't do anything. Either take care of it or this is my last apple anything.

I have an iPhone 6+ and I have been having problems. One, the phone is so good I can't stop using it. I can't stop touching the phone. Thus touch disease.

iPhone 6+, 128 gigs. 2 trips to the Genius Bar only to be told it's a known issue, however Apple is not doing anything about it. I was told my only out-of-warranty options were to buy a new phone or a refurbished one for hundreds of dollars. I'm still paying for this one and another 6+ could have the exact same issue. Bad customer service, Apple.

I also have problem in iPhone 6 plus 128 (always in a otter case) and have spent over $500 to replace non damage screens only to find out it's a bad design on the chip and their connectors. This is a design flaw on an expensive equipment that barely lasted 1 year before the problem. Each time the screen replacement only worked for 2-4 months. This is real annoying and prevents the usage of the phone!

My iPhone 6plus, always kept in a protective case, never sat in or otherwise abused, developed the touch disease after Apple Stire replaced the display assembly because of a defective microphone (another known issue with the iPhone 6/6plus).
This is an issue that is now well-documented, and third parties have found the actual defect. a class action suit would likely be a fairly easy one to win. Sadly, class action suits generally end up enriching the attorneys while giving consumers very little to show for it.

I ended up being forced to upgrade to a 6s+ Two weeks ago because my phone became unusable. Very disappointing performance from a premium device. This was also my 3rd 6+. The others also experienced hardware failures but they were still under warranty at that time.

Very discouraged that my top of the line phone has this issue and that all other people that I know with it have the same issue. Apple should preserve customer faith by fixing this issue! If not many will jump ship to Android!

My iPhone 6+ was gently used and in a sturdy case and it still stopped worked with these same symptoms. Of course the warranty was up and I had to pay $329 for a replacement. This phone was also recalled for a camera problem earlier. I would be happy if Apple would replace it with a 6S+ or refund my money.

My iPhone 6+ is less than 2 years old. It has the Touch Disease (grey lines towards the top of the screen and unresponsive touch screen) and is almost useless.

My phone is completely inoperable due to the touch disease and grey bar at the top of the screen.
