As the title says, we are requesting the staff of deviantart to IP Ban a user who goes by the name of Scott Rosenfeld (Current accounts: Nayuison, number39utopiabeyond) for various reasons.

Scott has also been responsible of making two people suicidal by harrassing them constantly, but he blamed his actions upon two people, one of which was on a hiatus on this time.

And now he has been block evading several people, including me myself, and a friend of mine who goes by the name of Madisonthecat
Our goal is to get the deviantart staff to listen to us for once and ban him. Blocking him is not doing anything anymore, and ignoring him is only making the situation worse. He's already made two people suicidal, and the fact deviantart is ignoring this is quite enraging.
Please, if you can, spread this petition around to your friends on Deviantart, tumblr, any art site so we can get rid of him once and for all.

I am gathering all the evidence of these threats and sending them directly to the site administrators today. Post the link to this petition on your Facebook walls and text three friends who use the site to keep the pressure on them. We need to show the platform staff that this account activity is unacceptable.

I think that DA should IP ban Scott because of his actions. However it might not be enough. He should face criminal charges, and worse to jail or prison. I do believe that he deserves it now. I think that DA should ban him for long time for his actions (making troll accounts, bullying innocent people).
Holy heck this guy is awful. Tons of alts, doing tons of things that in real life would've gotten him charged OR worse, he needs to be stopped.
To be honest, he watched me on one of his old accounts and I saw the crap he pulled. He really needs to go.
I was a primary victim of Rosenfeld's bullying and fabications. I for one, have had quite enough.
Scott has been such a problem and the Deviantart staff don't do a damn thing. So many people need to be IP banned and Scott is one of them! He needs to get a life. And I mean OFF of Deviantart!

Scott has gone way too far, he's been doing this for a year now and it's time to stop. I am honestly fed up with him at this point. Granted i never did ANYTHING to him yet he still harasses me. wtf
