I think that DA should IP ban Scott because of his actions. However it might not be enough. He should face criminal charges, and worse to jail or prison. I do believe that he deserves it now. I think that DA should ban him for long time for his actions (making troll accounts, bullying innocent people).

Scott Rosenfeld is indeed a madman who needs to be removed permanently, he does nothing to help, and despite his words he harasses, sends death threat and despite what we warn him he refuses to believe that the Deviantart place is for art not drama, he has constantly been a neusance and even harassed people who were once bad into again being in trouble where trouble wasn't before.
I have been with Scott for over a year now and have observed his slow yet increasingly hurrying descent into clear insanity where he believes if you don't follow his philosophy you are therefore evil and must be wiped out and gone.
He has even used characters that belong to other people without their previous permission when someone was declared dead not five to fifteen minutes after he declared he had fused with their oc without disregard for caring for their rl parents ect, Scott literally believes the whole of the internet is just a roleplay place and nothing more, and has stalked all of my friends into madness as well regardless whether we wished it or not.
