I've been deployed two times with the army and have been around enough shooting to loose some of my hearing in my left ear. Allowing sound suppressors to be legalized in Iowa would help ensure that I do not loose any of my hearing in my Right ear.

i feel we should have access to these as people do in other states. what makes them better than us that they get to use a silencer werease i cannot.

wake up America, silencers are not dangerous, they are actually safer to the person shooting the firearm, its people using them illegally that give them a dangerous idea logic notion.

30+ states allow suppressor ownership. Iowa lawmakers, shouldn't you allow your law abiding citizens the right to own one as well, if they choose to?

why keep NFA items out of law abiding hands when criminals already have them. iowa deserves the right to own NFA items legally. sportsman are not criminals.

I have suffered hearing loss from shooting and industrial machines and have a lot of coyotes and varmits out in the country where I live. it would be nice not to suffer when I shoot or disturb my neighbors when I must defend my leaser's stock and my own!!!
