We are gamer also owner of an internet shop in VietNam. We and my friends often play League of Legend from the beginning, that’s my favorite. we myself think that League of Legend is the best game we have ever played. However, the game got the promotion x2 experience when installing the software tracking payment from Hoa Binh Information Technology Company; it makes the imbalance in-game. This makes us loose exciting when playing game. Gamers can easily reach level 30. There is no exciting to play game since there is no competition between each player. There are many players change to other games and it makes the internet shops like us loose much more.
For example: a circle life of a gamer is 1000 hours, however a gamer takes only 500 hours to reach that level, that means I lose 500 hours rental fee. This makes the older gamers feel unhappy and unfair. It makes unfair environment when gamers consider League of Legend an electrical sport game. We call it a sport so we have to put wisdom, strength, and clever. We can’t use the cheating which is the other one do not have.
Our business is affected by the publisher of League of Legends. As you knew, Gcafe Billing software has brought us – the internet café – some certain incentives; however, the version that is being used now has some errors and no copyright, so we have many difficulties with Vietnamese law.
We need Riot Game to reconsider the X2 policy in League of Legends. Or you let us the internet café owners be free to create promotion for our customers. Or you can stop this policy.
Because of using Gcafe Billing, our systems run unstably and many of us have to remove League of Legends to protest against the way the publisher forced us to run our business as they want.
We are looking forward that Riot Game will seriously consider and discuss this problem with the publisher!
We love this game and We hope it is a community with more and more players enjoy it. However, it has to have fair in Game.

The current X2 experience policy destroys the competition we rely on to keep players interested in our shops. I am drafting a formal letter to Riot Games demanding they address the unfair environment this software creates.
