Republicans and Democrats alike should be concerned about the unprecedented infringement on landowners' rights from these pipelines.

Allowing the ACP to be built on the proposed route through Nelson County would be a tragic mistake for so many reasons. Smart pipelines use existing right-of-ways.

The pipeline route proposed crosses my property and I object to the potential damage to my lovely piece of Nelson County. In case you don't know, this county is one of a kind!!

I've stopped believing that the system will work for us long ago, but I still try. Please hear see our concerns. Use some common sense and help us out.

Let me count the ways I am against the ACP pipeline! Here's one: We are trading our water resources for natural gas only to sell it overseas and for who's profit?

No pipeline is wanted in our area and interferes in the values of our county. We have already had enough taken away along the years and this would be just one more thing added to the list. Help us preserve our county and not break up many of the farms that have been here for generations.

The pipeline inflicts extensive damage on our economic interests which are sourced in businesses whose appeal is rooted in the natural and historical landscape, qualities essential to continue to thrive as a community. The pipeline is wasteful use of our resources and the wrong direction for this country.
