We are the dumping ground for Red car and Cleveland council...should be ashamed of yourselves...you take our money but give nowt back well we've had enough...

Loftus is a wonderful town with an amazing community that is in desperate need of regeneration funds.

Loftus used o be a lovely town plenty of shops However Redcar & Cleveland Council have let it die. I think it will take more than 2 million to bring it back to life bring it is a start. There is a lot of volunteers that have being trying to breath some life into the town but lack of support for the council as been non existent, Lets hope Simon Clarke and his host of willing volunteers can make a different.

It's about time that LOFTUS was recognised by Redcar and Cleveland council
Instead of investing all the money in saltburn and Redcar
We pay our council tax like everyone else and are sick of being treated like poor cousins

in the 3 years i have been in loftus its got worse park at end of road disgrace no police patrols /more vandals cut dawn on road cleaning sewers all blockedgen lack of funding

Its a shame when you have to sign a petition to get something done in your area. You only have to look around and you can see things need improving.

Loftus has been allowed to fall into ruin. It's about time it got some money to bring it back to what it once was, a beautiful Market Town.
