I use to live at Loftus and it was a great place to live . I go though there to visit friends and family it had changed so much please invest .

Loftus was once a beautiful place. It has become dreadfully run down in the last 30 years or so. It is an area of high unemployment, so I think the regeneration would help the well being of the community and help build a stronger environment.

The town needs promoting and high street shops need business rate rebates to encourage New business and the authorities need to stop using the town as a dumping ground for drug addict s and problem families.

The town of Loftus must be saved and resurrected it is our town of East Cleveland with a wonderful town hall and church in such a central position. I don't live there but want it regenerated so many people there are really trying.

Loftus needs a big facelift to attract visitors and to make a nice place to live in.
It's not very inviting at all to shop or even drive through.
Money needs to Come to loftus.
