San Bernardino county Cps has taken my son and never showed real direction on how to get him back. His first month in the system he was physically abused and would show up to visits with bruises and black eyes. Reported by foster mother as he's clumsy. Cps also lied and told the father he had a restraining order against him to not be able to see our son ...only to be told months later they made a mistake the restraining order was never signed. This county is getting away with crimes why are they not being thrown into jail?

CPS took all five of my grandchildren from three of my children and left my son with a pediphile and refused to arrest her I want justice .is this the USA? Or Honduras? WTH? Help.GOD give us justice.please .

My Special Needs child was removed from me via false missing persons report. Caregiver approved as Resource Parent and I JUST found out about this. He flew her out of state twice with no court order and enrolled her in private school-I have ED rights-against my wishes, CFS does nothing- where services cannot be delivered. 9 mandated reports filed by CFS services providers in 18 months and PRD program never contacted me, I am a lawyer and I am about to lose my only child, when I completed FOUR case plans. WHAT IS THE FEDERAL OVERSIGHT AUTHORITY TO CONTACT? I need help.

Removing children from their parents is more traumatic then the abuse. Later in life as adults victims prefer staying with their parents rather than foster care system.

I believe my eldest son was taken illegally. I believe I have been treated unfairly.
