The Child Protective Services and Foster Care units of Franklin County New York are not the noble public servants they portray themselves to be! The damage they cause is forever, and, in many cases, completely unnecessary. They insert themselves into the lives of undeserving families, and, in many cases, they do it using a completely fabricated narrative. They manufacture a scenario, and force parents to agree under threat of further separation. Basic rights protected by the Constitution are spit on and the pain-filled cries of Mothers, Fathers, and innocent children are ignored. Family court takes the word of thugs at face value making parents powerless to combat what is being done to them. They are lied to, threatened, and coerced into hopeless scenarios. Employees use their position of unchecked power to ensnare families who lack the means or the knowledge to fight back. People's lives trampled, and their children are placed in homes far worse than the one they were taken from. The protocols that are supposed to be followed in these situations are completely ignored without any fear of consequences. Parents fight to protect their children, but are denied any chance at satisfying the endless list of demands, often never being given any chance at reunification at all. Parental rights get terminated and their children are adopted out to strangers. Another successful business transaction. The number of families who have felt the desperate ache and soul-wrenching isolation of having their children removed wrongfully is heartbreaking. The people are very real. This is a morally bankrupt system. Removing a child is supposed to be a last resort, a measure taken in the darkest of circumstances, AFTER all other avenues have been exhausted, and with careful consideration. However, this agency has perverted the noble cause on which it was founded, turning it into business and tool of oppression. They are the trauma! Demand a real investigation! Demand a real change! Demand Justice!
