I sat with my mouth open after watching the “breaking news” months after this tragedy happened. If you leave the scene of an accident, it’s a crime. If you refuse a breathalyzer, you’re arrested for driving under the influence, yet NONE of this was done? I don’t know what happened, I wasn’t there, but what I DO know is this... the drivers of both boats were NOT treated equally! It’s a shame that the one that lost loved ones is the one ppl are going after. Him and him alone, when this entire investigation reeks of partially. Prayers for the victims!
