Dhr took my kids after my infant passed searched my home and said they found weed which is a lie

I unfortunately have a dhr case and they have been threatening, harassing,and trying to imitate me trying to get me to lie they lying on my family took my kids they are corrupt

I am going through almost the same scenario right now with Baldwin County Alabama DHR

Shelby county alabama dhr has had my child for five years wo one charge against me it was against Dad but he died and now they say I’m unfit by hear say no direct charges or abuse or drugs and nobody is helping me my court appointed attorney works for dhr they put my child on medication wo my permission and has placed her w his side of the family a great aunt and uncle whom she barely knows and have prolonged it and falsified three of my drug test I have hair follicle test a blood test to bk it up it’s all about the money not putting mother and daughter bk together and still see no end my child is miserable wo her mom somebody help get these ppl they are evil and ruin families left and right

Al dhr is so corrupt its horrible

Judge bosch stole me and my mom from my real family in Florida and forced us to live under her wrath with cheif of police Brandon javon booker we are dying now because of her reckless arrogant decision

Blount County DHR is just as corrupt. They took my child as emergency custody. For something I wasn't even around for. I was indicated (found guilty, pretty much) of abuse and neglect. Gave no contact with ny 1 month old until court which is February. The incident that occurred happened in November. Only thing really I done was leave my son in the vehicle with his father. And he was under the influence without me knowing.

This is just sad. I am going through this exact same thing right now along with the father of my children. Our case originally started off in limestone county after they came all the way to Birmingham and took my oldest daughter from me at uab children's of Alabama. She had been there because she was five months old and had a seizure. Not only did the judge in limestone county at the very first court hearing say that limestone county dhr had no evidence to support their petition or to support the allegations made against me at the time , he also said that it wasn't their nor his jurisdiction to rule on the case since my daughter had been born in Madison county and he dismissed the case. Limestone county dhr still kept my daughter from me for four months and not once let me have visitation with her while they fought to have Madison county look at and accept the case that had already been dismissed. Then when my second daughter was born Madison county dhr sent one of their case workers from madison county to Colbert county to the hospital I was at and they took my daughter at three days old. They said that they had recently looked over the case file limestone county had sent to them and decided to take the case and that in by doing that they had every right to take my second daughter. After months and months of fighting in court with dhr the judge is Madison county who is judge Smith ruled and decided to have the case transfered to Colbert county as that is where me and my boyfriend currently reside. So now just 6 months ago after I gave birth to my youngest daughter , while I was still in the hospital with my daughter recovering from having a C-section and while my boyfriend was at the north Alabama visitation center getting ready to visit with our other two daughters dhr calls him as he just walked in to the visit and says they will have a hearing about our youngest . Keep in mind they know he's at the visit he can leave and go to the hearing and I'm in the hospital

Huntsville Alabama DHR has the same corruption

Mine were taken in 2020, at the time I had no criminal record, was a 3 time business owner, a Notary Public, and in Paralegal school. A lot happened the lady that came into my home wasnt even the lady she signed her name as. That lady isnt a caseworker. My oldest kids name was spelled wrong, there was a line where it ask for the threat to the kids. The report I got in court was dated 16 days prior to the kids removal. Still DHR won this is how corrupt this county is.

I WAS ALSO A VICTIM OF ALABAMA DHR (COLBERT CO.) JANA SHAWL WAS MY CASE WORKER ... THE 4TH ONE ASSIGNED TO MY CASE (ACTUAL FACT) ULTIMATELY I WAS COMPLETELY RAILROADED OVER ABD OVER FOR 2 1/2 YRS NEVER FAILED A DRUG TEST ... EVER... AND completed EVERY LAST ONE OF THE RIDICULOUS HOOPS AND NONSENSE REQUIRED HAD AN ABOVE average PAYING STABLE 40+ HRS A WEEK JOB I HAD BEEN AT FOR 3 YEARS A BEAUTIFUL 3 BEDROOM HIME IN THE HEART OF MUSCLE SHOALS AND A NEW LEXUS .. PAID FOR.... AND THEY ADOPTED MY SON TOY INLAWS .... WHO DID NOT HAVE A JOB NEITHER ONE AND MY FATHER IN LAW ACTUALLY TRIED TO PHYSICALLY STRIKE ME IN THE COURTHOUSE DURRING A MEETING IN FRONT OF DHR THE G.A.L. AND 4 DIFFERENT ATTORNEYS... (THATS NOT EVEN THE START OF THE NEGATIVE ISSUES ON THE ADOPTING PARTIES END...) AND THAT WAS NOW 6 YEARS AGO THEY OVERNIGHT PACKED UP.AMD MPVED 2 STATES AWAY AND I WILL GO TO JAIL IF CONTACT IS ATTEMPTED. THESE PEOPLE RUINED MY LIFE AND I DID EVERY siNGLE THING BY THE BOOK RIGHT.... MAIN POINT IS THE CALL TJAT GOT THEM THERE WAS THE POLICE STOPPED BY TO SERVR some PAPERS ... XHUSBAND WAS SMOKOMG WEED... THEY KICKED IN DOOR CALLED DHR... WE WERE BOTH IMMEDIATELY DRUG TESTED (I WAS WATCHED BY THR LADY THAT WAS SENT TO MY HOUSE) AT MY HOME AND THE RESULTS WERE I WAS 100% CLEAN AND HUSBAND FAILED FOR XANEX AND POT ... SO OBVIOUSLY I WASNT SMOKINH. THEY LET MY HUSBAND LEAVE WIRH MY SON TO HIS PATEBTS HOUSE FOR THE PARENTING PLAN (LASTED FOR 2 1/2 YRS) .... HE NEVER CAME HOME AGAIN... I HOT 1 DAY A WEEL SUPERVISED AMD 60% OF THE TIME HIS PARENTD WOULDNT LET ME GO JUST HIM .. THEN LIED TO DHR AND SAID I DIDNT SHOW OR SOMETHING ... AND IF I HAD TO WORK AND COULDNT MISS BECAUSE I WSD THE ONLY ONE OUT OF ALL 4 ADULTS INVOLVED WITH A JOB! I GOT IN TROUBLE ANF penalize for that to even though full-time gainful employment was an absolute criteria of regaining custody... the ENTIRE ordeal was 100% rigged and in the end I found out that DHR for every case that they have the child adopted

Time for some heads to roll!! ( so to speak)

my family is suffering! an also whom suffers the most is our minor relative is still kept in the system 9years! so many errors with their processing and rights breeching. so many illegal tasks and further abuse to our family member has been allowed while under their AL dhr care! with one fully innocent and capable parent they could have provided safety to with custody to for the child! i can prove that parent to be fully innocent and approved and also has full custody of her other children! errors including switching caseworkers probably 12 times in these years or more allowing the case start all over again! losing paperwork and said evidence lost they claim ! due processing ignored. nobody cares for these children! they see them as paychecks its twisted and sick. the state of Alabama has to be held accountable and the entire agency and individuals and employees within and previous!

My rights were violated today

I stand with you all against Baldwin County justice system and Baldwin County DHR It is a huge money mill that destroys innocent children and the loving parents that are protecting them. The judges here are asleep at the wheel calcified pineal glands and zero empathy or regard to childrens feelings and development even goes as far to take a breast feeding baby from the mother so the Elberta police man could do a parenting time visit for a week straight got back a sick near death baby that has never been the same after the police man gave the baby nine vaccinations in one day… there’s never been a paternity test. Gave custody of a little girl to a indicted on six different accounts of child abuse and molestation and a convicted domestic violence offender.. but they get to have parenting time with children … (done by Carmen Bosch) They are a danger to society and hinderance the betterment of our country.
